Terms of Payment:
- A non-refundable retainer fee is to be paid upon signing this contract.
- The rest of the total fees are due at least 2 weeks before the wedding.
Copyright
- All digital files if supplied are for non-commercial personal use only.
- The client hereby gives L K Photography Inc permission to keep the files, and to use them as needed for advertising and publishing of their work.
- Client waives any right to inspect and/or approve such publications.
Liability / cancellation
- L K Photography Inc will not be responsible for any loss of digital files due to electronic malfunctions.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances like illness or injury of our photographers or other similar unavoidable events we will let the client know immediately of the situation and the present agreement will be terminated at no cost to the client. (All fees paid will be refunded)
- In the event the client wants to terminate the agreement before the completion the client forfeits the retainer fee. Cancelation with in two weeks of the event results in ZERO refund given.
We the undersigned, fully agree to all terms and conditions stipulated in this contract, and that all personal information given here is current and correct. Should any times, dates, locations stipulated in this contract change, the client is responsible to contact L K Photography Inc to correct and confirm these changes.
